My chihuahua refused to move while wearing the regular stiff harness and caused concern about a collapsed trachea from jerking her neck in the simple collar. The Puppia Soft Dog Harness is as described very softly padded and a perfect fit that can be adjusted some as needed. My chihuahua knows she cannot run free because of the control from the mid shoulder position of the leash so makes no attempt to jerk at the leash. My puppy does not fight the harness and even sleeps in it. Item is better than expected will probably get one in another color. Pink is nice clear vibrant color."
